Twinzer's data
Your Twinzer data is protected by Digitelz and is never shared with anyone else. We may use it only for study and analysis, to improve your experience and our services. You can cancel at any time, and all your data is then deleted.
What we collect
- Your account: your email, your name, and whatever you choose to add to your profile (education, job title, city, what matters to you).
- The decisions your assistant records: the question, the decision, the options, the assistant's recommendation if any, your reason if you gave one, a short sentence in your own words (up to 300 characters), the decision's classifications, a short summary written by the assistant with other people's names replaced by their roles, and the outcome if you rate it.
- Connection data: the name of the connected assistant and the time of the last connection.
What we don't collect
- We don't store the text of your messages or conversations, and we never read your chat history, the assistant's memory or your files.
- We never ask for card details, ID numbers or passwords. Payment happens on the payment gateway's own page.
Why we use it
- To show you your decisions, remind you of similar ones and ask how they turned out.
- To prepare your decision rulebook and reports, and «Twinzer, what do you think?» once you turn it on.
- For study and analysis to improve the service, in aggregated form that identifies no one.
Who sees it
- Only you see your decisions. Every request from your assistant is limited to your account alone.
- The Digitelz team sees counts and totals only, never the content.
- We don't sell or share your data with anyone else. Reports are analysed by an external AI service under commercial terms that forbid using it for training.
Where it's kept, and for how long
- In Digitelz's database at a data centre in Frankfurt (Germany); connections are always encrypted.
- For as long as you're a member. When you cancel it's deleted from the database at once, and erased from backups within 30 days.
Your controls
- Delete any decision from your dashboard, or tell the assistant: «Twinzer, remove the last decision».
- Download all your decisions (CSV) from your dashboard.
- Disconnect Twinzer in your assistant's settings at any time; its access stops at once.
- Cancel from your dashboard, and all your Twinzer data is deleted.
