Digitelz Labs at lab.digitelz.com is operated by RBS Rawasi Business Solution, commercial registration 4650255202, based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This policy governs how we collect and process your personal data under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law and its regulations. If the Arabic and English versions differ, the Arabic version prevails.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address and preferred language. You sign in with a code sent to your email, so we never ask for or store a password.
- Your idea and what you add along the way: your answers in the conversation, files you upload, and the identity and decisions you approve.
- Your voice, when you choose to speak: the recording is turned into text straight away; we keep the text, not the recording.
- Orders and payments: your plan, the amount and the order number. Card details are handled directly by a licensed payment gateway and never stored by us.
- Technical data for security: IP address, device and browser type, and sign-in records.
Your idea stays confidential
Clients' ideas are confidential: no other client sees them, they are not used outside their owner's project, and we do not share them with anyone for any other purpose. Our team sees them only when needed to serve you, and every access by the admin team is logged.
Content and inspiration links
You are responsible for the rights to what you upload (such as photos of your products and your texts), and we use it only to build your project. No content or design is copied from the sites you add as inspiration.
Why we use your data
To create and manage your account; to study your idea, design its identity and build its site; to process payments; to send notices about your account and project; to protect the platform and its users from fraud and misuse; and to meet legal requirements. We send marketing messages only with your consent, and you can opt out at any time.
Legal basis
We process your data with your consent, to perform our agreement with you, or to meet a legal obligation.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your data. We rely on approved technical service providers for hosting, storage, messaging, payments and the automated analysis tools that study your idea and design its identity, only as far as needed to serve you, and they are bound to protect the data and not use it for anything else. Some data may be processed or stored by providers outside Saudi Arabia, under the safeguards the law requires. We disclose your data to no one else except with your consent or on a lawful request from a competent authority.
Your project's trial site
Data belonging to your trial site's visitors and users stays in your site and is not used by us for any purpose. If the trial period ends without a transfer, that data is deleted in full, and we archive only what belongs to your project: the site files, the final version of your idea, the identity and the launch steps.
Protection
We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls so no user can see another user's data, and audit logs of administrative actions. If an incident affects your data, we will notify you and the competent authorities as the law requires.
Retention
We keep your data while your account is active, then for as long as the law requires for order and payment records, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and protect the platform. No tracking or marketing cookies.
Your rights
You may access your data, get a copy of it, correct it, ask for it to be deleted, and withdraw your consent. Reach us through the contact form on the platform and we will reply within the legal time frame.
Children
The platform is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We will tell you about any material change by email or a notice on the platform before it takes effect. The date of the latest update appears at the top of this page.
