Terms
Last updated: 15 October 2026
These terms govern the relationship between you and RBS Rawasi Business Solution, commercial registration 4650255202, owner of Digitelz Labs at lab.digitelz.com. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to them. If the Arabic and English versions differ, the Arabic version prevails.
- Eligibility and account: You must be 18 or older and give accurate details. You are responsible for keeping your email and the sign-in codes you receive private, and for everything done through your account. Tell us straight away about any unauthorised use.
- The service: Through a conversation we take your idea, study and refine it, design its identity, and build it into a working trial site, following the final version of the idea you approve and the plan you choose. What we build is what your approved idea and the list of included services shown to you before payment describe.
- One open project: Before payment you can work on one open project at a time. You can cancel it at any time before payment; after cancelling, you can start a new project after 15 days. After payment you can start a new idea right away.
- Prices and payment: Prices are in Saudi riyals as shown on the platform when you order. Payment goes through a licensed electronic payment gateway, the build starts only once payment is confirmed, and you receive an electronic receipt for every transaction.
- Trial: Your project is published on a Digitelz trial address for 30 days from your confirmation of receipt, and is treated as received if you do not confirm within 3 days of delivery.
- Extension: You can extend the trial once, for 60 days, for a fee set by the platform, so your project stays on the trial address for at most 90 days.
- Revision round: You have one revision round after delivery. What falls within your approved idea is applied; what needs outside parties or major setup is deferred until after the transfer, and we tell you what was applied, what was not, and why.
- Transfer and ownership: After the transfer, the project (code, identity and site) is entirely yours and the trial address is closed. Moving it yourself is free; the «Move it for me» service carries a fee as shown on the platform and is carried out by our team within 24 hours. We never ask for passwords, and buying and connecting a domain is your responsibility and in your name.
- Archive and restore: If the period ends without a transfer, the trial site and its users' data are deleted, and only the code, the identity files and the launch steps are kept in the archive. Restoring is at your request, accepted or declined by Digitelz under its policy, for a fee set by the platform.
- Refunds: Amounts paid are non-refundable, except where the service cannot be delivered because of a technical fault on Digitelz's side; the full amount paid for that service is then refunded to the original payment method within the time the payment gateway sets.
- Confidentiality of ideas: Clients' ideas are confidential: no other client sees them, they are not used outside their owner's project, and every access by the admin team is logged.
- Content and inspiration links: You are responsible for the rights to what you upload, and no content or design is copied from the inspiration links you add.
- Acceptable use: You may not use the platform for any idea or purpose that breaks the law, to impersonate anyone, to submit offensive, misleading or infringing content, to try to reach other users' data or disrupt the platform, or to use automated means without permission.
- Ownership of your idea and project: Your idea and what you add remain yours; you grant us the right to use them only as far as needed to serve you. Ownership of your project (code, identity and site) follows clause 8. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of what you submit and of your project's activity.
- Platform intellectual property: The platform, its designs, content and marks belong to or are licensed to RBS Rawasi Business Solution.
- Suspension: We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or where fraud is reasonably suspected, telling the owner why unless the law prevents it.
- Limitation of liability: We take reasonable care to keep the platform available and accurate and are not liable for indirect losses. In any case our liability does not exceed what you paid for the service in question, as far as the law allows.
- Interruptions: The platform may pause for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. We try to keep this rare and to give notice where we can.
- Changes: We will tell you about any material change before it takes effect; continuing to use the platform afterwards means you accept it.
- Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute, after an attempt to settle it amicably.
- Contact: Through the contact form on the platform.
